What to do if you are unhappy about the service you have received from your practitioner:
- Contact the practitioner or the practice manager by phone, letter or email stating your concerns and the issue that you are unhappy about.
- If you are still unhappy then fill in the complaints form and send it to TBCCT
- TBCCT will investigate your complaint to establish if the member has breached the Code of Conduct and take appropriate action.
- TBCCT can only deal with complaints if they are written allegations of breach of the BCCT Code of Conduct arising from treatments undertaken in their capacity as members of TBCCT. You will be notified within 14 days if the Committee decides there is sufficient grounds to investigate the matter further.
